    Shipping and Delivery Information:

    Please note the following terms in shipping:

    Number of Days Before Delivery:

    All shipping time in transit quotations = number of days equals number of business (non-working, which does not include weekends) from the time we dispatch your order, which usually occurs within 12-48 hours of our receipt of your paid order. (For example, 3-5 day delivery means 3 to 5 business days after we dispatch your order. If including a weekend, this could mean 5 to 8 days). Major U.S. Holidays count as non-working days. Thank you. Next-Day, 2-Day, and 3-Day orders have a cut off time of 12PM noon EDT (orders received after 12PM noon ship out the following business day).

    Most orders ship from our central warehouse in Baltimore, Maryland. East coast paid orders generally take 2-3 business days via UPS Ground. West coast orders take no less than 5 business days by UPS Ground. For very economical shipping taking 4-10 days, choose USPS Media Mail Bookrate for lower prices. East coast destinations generally take 5 days, and farther destinations (such as west coast, or southwest US), take around 10 days.

    On occasion, we may change your shipping method (at no cost to you) when a substitute method will reach you faster.

    Delays Caused by Carriers

    In the event we provide your order to one of our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) and they are not able to deliver your order on time or according to their shipping schedule, may not be held responsible for any costs related to delivery by a particular day or date.

    Next Day and 2-Day Shipping Note

    NOTE: If you choose UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2-Day Air shipping method, UPS does not normally deliver on Saturdays, so if you order for a delivery that would get to you on Saturday, it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday.

    International Shipping: (any country outside USA)

    We recommend Worldmail, where available, (which takes approximately 2-4 weeks) for most orders being shipped outside the U.S. Major European countries (UK, France, Germany, etc.) take about 2 weeks for delivery. Major Asian countries (Malaysia, Singapore, etc.) take ~ 3 weeks. Australia/New Zealand take ~ 4 weeks.

    For express (rush) shipping, we highly recommend "Global Express Mail (GEM)," which takes roughly 4-10 days. Choose UPS Worldwide Express, which takes 2-3 days, guaranteed, for the absolute fastest international shipping.

    Important Note about Customs & Duties, and International Shipping -

    All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. If duties and taxes are assessed on an item mailed via the Postal Service, they are collected from the recipient. In addition, for most countries, there is an administrative fee that is collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.

    Please note: cannot be held responsible for any import fees, customs fees, import taxes, or other types of charges which a recipient may incur, who is receiving products outside of the United States. This may be either through a private courier service or through your local postal system.

    Special Note about UPS shipping to outside USA (including Canada):

    If you choose UPS Worldwide Express or UPS Canada Standard as your shipping method, you may incur a separate fee, charged from UPS (our courier of choice). This fee, which does not collect, covers import fees, GST taxes, and other import-related charges that are charged to couriers. We have no control over these. If you choose Worldmail as your shipping option, you will not be charged any of these courier-specific fees, as Worldmail packages get delivered to you by your local postal system.
