Description from the publisher:
The Index-Cum-Concordance For The Holy Qur'an comprises of two parts – one, general index on the basis of practical religion and second, juridical and sociological aspects of the verses. In the first part there are lists of Siparas and Surahs. The siparas list gives not only the numbers and names of the siparas but also mentions the numbers and names of the suras included in each sipara. This list also shows the total numbers of rukus and ayats in a sipara. The sura list gives serial numbers and names of suras, its generally accepted chronological order and place of revelation. There is a table showing the numbers of ayats in each ruku in the various suras. These lists will help the readers to find out in which sioara a particular ruku or ayat of a sura occurs and to look up the relevant ayat quoted in the index. There is also a list of verses on recitation of which prostration is required.
In the second part about six thousand verses of the Holy Quran have been indexed. The structure of this part conforms to the various ingredients of the faith. Efforts have been made by collecting the verses relating to a particular subject or matter or point occurring at different suras, at one place and this book claims to be a concordance for the Holy Quran. It is meant to provide substantial and ready guidance to the students who are in search of the verses of the Holy Quran dealing with a particular subject. This book can be helpful to the students, researches and those who don’t have time to do intensive study.
